Orcas Island is home to some beautiful minds and has served as an artistic retreat for decades. Displays of local art for viewing and purchase can be found in Eastsound and Olga. Seasonal exhibitions showcasing the latest art productions by school groups and resident masters occur annually. Many artists are also available for commissioning, offering painting, sculpture work, and woodcarving.

Painting isn’t the only art style prevalent on Orcas. Landscape decorating and sculpture art has a prominent place in the island’s business and culture. Make sure to look up available art galleries and studios for a full measure of the creative displays that can be found. Don’t hesitate to peruse all the villages from Deer Harbor to Olga and enjoy all the unique art of the San Juan Islands!
